Cheeseball

This cheeseball makes a wonderful snack or side dish when guests are coming and I’m worried there won’t be enough food. It’s quick to mix up and doesn’t take lots of ingredients!

Cheeseball

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese

1 1/2 cup cheese

1/2 t. garlic powder

2 t. liquid smoke

Lunch meat, minced. Can use chicken, ham, or turkey

Mix all ingredients well, then shape into a ball and place in the center of a plate or platter. Arrange crackers around the cheeseball and serve. Will keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator.

To add more texture, roll the cheeseball in chopped nuts to coat the outside.
