To Those Who Responded

Alaska is grey and rainy, the little snow we had quickly melting as the temperatures rise above freezing. Andy and I did our six month stock up trip for groceries yesterday, so the cabin is full to bursting with food for the next 6-8 months.

Thank you to the many of you who responded to my last post with encouragement, and feedback, and introductions of your own.

I feel blessed and inspired to know some of you a bit better and I’ll continue to write every week!

Someone asked me if I always know what I want to write every week, and the answer is an outstanding NO! I struggle with knowing what to write about more than the actual writing itself. So here’s a question for you readers – what would you like to hear about? Is there a topic you would like me to cover? Some aspect of marriage or motherhood, or child training, or life in Alaska that you think I should write about?

Please leave your ideas in the comments below or email me at 1994godsprincess@gmail.com and I will be SO GRATEFUL for the inspiration!

  1. I enjoy reading about your Alaskan lifestyle, recipes and meal ideas and inspirations for being faithful in the mundane of daily life!

  2. Ideas for writing:
How to…build an igloo, train sled dogs, shoot and skin a moose 🤣
Ok. On a more serious note: simple Christmas activities and traditions for a young family, preparing for guests with littles without loosing my sanity, a series on “Titus 2 young women-“ to be sober, love our husbands and children, etc.
    God bless.

  3. I would enjoy hearing your testimony. (Perhaps a bit of your conversion story and other significant points in your journey with God.)

I especially enjoy your posts about marriage and raising children. It’s great to hear about the highs and lows.

  4. I’ve really enjoyed the variety of writing. Your Alaskan lifestyle is intriguing, I enjoy new ideas for parenting, projects and recipes. I also appreciate your candidness on life. You mention your struggles, your growth in Christ, and the realities of life, not just the picture perfect life so often posted on blogs. Thank you!
