What’s For Dinner?

Do you ever wonder what other people eat? I know I do. Sometimes I think I must be the nosiest person alive because I wonder all the time about other people’s lives. What do they eat for breakfast? What time do other people get up in the morning? What do they do to relax in the evenings? We are all humans and do basically the same things, and yet the way we define good food, or getting enough sleep, or fun activities are so different from person to person.

I thought I’d start posting a blog about food on Friday/Saturday as well as my normal Wednesday posts so I can write about what we ate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on Thursday as well as recipes. Our diet is largely dependent on how much time I have to spend on cooking, and therefore some Thursdays we eat better than others. I hope this will give you some good menu ideas and satisfy any curiosity about our eating habits. But maybe that’s just me…

So for supper last night we had –

Creamy salmon, buttered noodles, salad and leftover rainbow jello that I had made on Monday.

Rainbow Jello takes some time to make, but it’s definitely a favorite!
Supper was goooood!!
