It was great to have a couple of families from church come visit us for the weekend and full this house with people and noise! We put a sled behind the snow machine and roared up to the top of the ridge to watch the sunset on Mount Denali.
It was so clear and beautiful that we did it all again the next morning. I love living in Alaska! I feel like I’m getting spoiled with all the beauty that constantly surrounds me!
It hasn’t been that cold here, negative ten the last two nights, but the snow is pretty deep, so the dad’s and children had fun cutting blocks of snow to build an igloo.
Winter doesn’t have to be boring!
