This is how my kitchen looks.
The last couple days Andy and I have put a couple coats of epoxy on the wooden countertop to make it smooth and glossy and to prevent nicks and scratches.
Here is my sink.
I haven’t done dishes for almost two days. It’s pretty fun for a while to not have to wash the dishes after every meal, but now I find I no longer have any pans to cook with!
The only place to get water in here is the tub, and lazy me doesn’t feel like washing two days worth of dishes while bent over the bathtub.
So I am waiting. 36 hours is how long the epoxy needs to cure before you can put anything on it. I am really looking forward to nine AM on Friday!!
The rest of the cabin also looks like a disaster scene, but we are ignoring the mess today and just enjoying relaxing inside by the wood stove together while it snows out. I love days like this.
I have my lazy moments, Aunt Ada. I take what I can get. 🙂
One thing you are NOT, is lazy, Tabitha! I have high admiration for you!
