There is free shipping (in the US) for pre-orders with the code alaska at checkout. Shipping costs are so variable for other countries that we cannot offer free shipping for international orders, but if you use the code alaska-int you get $5 off the book price.
The print date for the cookbook is in mid May. The pre-orders give the publisher a good idea of how many books to print in the first print run. Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible.
