Our Family left this morning, and it is so hard to say goodbye not knowing when we will see them again!
We had a lot of fun with them here, and their help with the children, the cabin, and cooking was so appreciated!
Now that they are gone, and we have all the salmon to put up that they caught yesterday, 12 nice size fish, I thought I would just post pictures about what has been happening here, because pictures really tell more than words anyway!
While Andy and I went out on a date, the ladies watched the children, Dad and Uncle John tore down the ugly old shed – the last remaining part of the original shack. What a wonderful surprise when we got back! Suddenly our place looks so much less trashy!
Above is the the view from our property. We can see the mountains from our bedroom window!
An evening at the beach. There were 3 foot waves and Andy and I had fun chasing them with Gabe. COLD water!!
Launching our boat with the motorhome.
The guys, headed off for a morning of fishing. Andy limited out (6 salmon) in five minutes. Now that’s fun fishing!
Andy took Aunt Marilyn, Gabe and I on a boat ride across the inlet. What a gorgeous day to be out on the water!
A sea cave! I love the color of the water back in China Poot Bay.
